Commitment Centers

Every researcher and client commits to honesty and good faith. This means no misrepresentation of credentials, qualifications, or scope of expertise. Conflicts of interest must be disclosed before an engagement begins. Researchers must not accept work beyond their competence without disclosing limitations.

All engagements must respect authorship norms, attribution standards, and plagiarism policies applicable to the field and the researcher's institution. Ghost-writing, credential misrepresentation, and contract cheating facilitation are grounds for immediate removal and may be reported to relevant institutions.

Researchers must operate within applicable regulations: export controls, human-subjects research protections (IRB/ethics committee requirements), biosafety standards, data protection laws (e.g. GDPR, Philippine Data Privacy Act), and any professional licensing requirements.

All participants must engage with respect and professionalism. Clear scoping of work, prompt communication, and honest representation of availability are expected of all. Harassment, discrimination, retaliatory behavior, and abuse of any kind are grounds for immediate suspension.

Researchers must handle client data only as agreed within the scope of the engagement. Client data may not be retained, repurposed, or shared without explicit consent. Plethoryt processes profile data per our Privacy Policy. Researchers may withdraw from the directory and request profile removal at any time.

Admin-seeded profiles carry an explicit consent reference tied to the original consent record at the source portal. Researchers can verify, update, or withdraw consent at any time. No profile is published without the researcher's own activation — control stays with the researcher, always.

IP ownership of work produced in engagements is a matter between researcher and client, and must be agreed in writing before work begins. Researchers must not incorporate proprietary, confidential, or third-party-owned IP into deliverables without authorization.

Researchers should clearly represent the basis and limits of their expertise, including when findings are uncertain, preliminary, or contested. Clients should represent their intended use accurately when engaging researchers. Misrepresentation of purpose is a violation of community standards.

Complaints about conduct violations can be submitted via inquiry@researchers.plethoryt.com. Plethoryt investigates complaints and reserves the right to suspend or remove profiles. Actions taken are logged in the system audit trail accessible to superadmins.
