What we collect
We collect the information you provide when creating an account (name, email, password) and any profile information you choose to add. For admin-seeded profiles, we collect information from consented partner portals, including a consent reference number. We also collect standard server logs including IP addresses.
How we use it
We use your information to operate the platform, enable discoverability (for researcher profiles you make public), send activation and notification emails, and respond to support inquiries. We do not sell your data to third parties or use it for advertising.
Profile visibility
Researcher profiles are private by default. They appear in the public directory only when you explicitly toggle your profile to public. Admin-seeded profiles remain pre-active until you activate them. You can withdraw visibility at any time from your dashboard.
Data retention
We retain your account data while your account is active. You may request account deletion by emailing inquiry@researchers.plethoryt.com. Audit log entries are retained for platform security and compliance purposes.
Cookies
We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us at inquiry@researchers.plethoryt.com for any privacy-related requests. We comply with applicable data protection regulations including the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
