Acceptance
By creating an account or using Find A Researcher, you agree to these Terms and our Commitment Centers. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Researcher obligations
Researchers must accurately represent their credentials and expertise. Misrepresentation, including false educational or professional claims, is grounds for immediate removal. Researchers are solely responsible for the work they deliver to clients.
Client obligations
Clients must use the platform for legitimate professional purposes. Attempting to engage researchers in unethical, illegal, or harmful work is grounds for account termination.
Engagements
Engagements are directly between researchers and clients. Plethoryt is not a party to any contract, arrangement, or dispute between them. Plethoryt makes no warranty as to the quality or outcome of any engagement.
Prohibited uses
You may not use Find A Researcher to facilitate contract cheating, academic fraud, harassment, discrimination, or any activity that violates applicable law.
Intellectual property
Profile content remains the property of the user who created it. By publishing a profile, you grant Plethoryt a limited license to display that content on the platform.
Termination
Plethoryt may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or our Commitment Centers, at our discretion, with or without notice.
Limitation of liability
Plethoryt provides this platform as-is. We are not liable for any damages arising from engagements between researchers and clients, or from use of the platform.
